Kagoshima is located on Kyusho, the most southern of the four main islands of Japan. Kagoshima is nicknamed the "Naples of the Orient" as both the city and the bay are dominated by an active volcano, Sakurajima.
When leaving we had a tremendous send off sponsored by the department of tourism. As we sailed away, we were able South Korea tomorrow.
